Arvida Queenstown Country Club is a landmark retirement living development that brings together independent living, specialist aged care and dementia care within a thoughtfully designed community. The three-storey facility comprises independent apartments, care suites and shared resident amenities, creating a welcoming environment that promotes comfort, wellbeing and connection while meeting the growing demand for retirement living in the Queenstown region.

Delivered to a high architectural and technical standard, the project showcases Armitage Williams' expertise in complex aged care construction and sustainable building practices. Incorporating one of New Zealand's largest structural cross-laminated timber (CLT) buildings at the time of construction, the development reflects a strong commitment to innovation, environmental performance and quality.
