The Selwyn District Council Headquarters delivered a modern civic facility designed to serve the growing needs of the district and its community. Featuring extensive architectural precast concrete and natural material finishes, the project required meticulous planning, precise coordination and a strong commitment to quality to achieve its high architectural standard. Completed ahead of programme, the project reflected Armitage Williams' collaborative approach and attention to detail throughout construction and project close-out. More than a decade later, the Council entrusted Armitage Williams to deliver the building's extension and alterations, reinforcing a long-standing relationship built on quality, reliability and successful project delivery.
