Elmwood Park Bowling Club is a contemporary community sports facility that provides a welcoming hub for recreation, events and social gatherings. Overlooking the club's premier bowling green, the new clubhouse was designed to enhance the member experience while supporting the club's long-term future and its important role within the local community.

Armitage Williams worked collaboratively with the client and consultant team from the developed design stage, providing budget advice and value engineering to maximise project outcomes. The project included demolition of the existing clubhouse, construction of the new single-level facility, associated site works and remediation of the earthquake-affected bowling green. Delivered on time and within budget, the completed facility provides a modern, accessible venue that will continue to serve the community for years to come
