The office fit-out transformed an existing commercial space into a contemporary workplace that balances functionality with refined architectural design. Delivered within a compressed programme, the project required meticulous planning, staged construction, and out-of-hours works to minimise disruption and meet the client's critical timeframe.

The interior features a striking material palette of natural timber cladding contrasted against midnight black suspended ceilings, creating a bold yet sophisticated aesthetic throughout the reception, kitchen, collaboration spaces, boardrooms, and private offices. Working closely with both the client and tenant, Armitage Williams successfully delivered a high-quality workplace that exceeded expectations while achieving programme certainty.
